God Is in the Small Things as Well as the Great

We often look for God in the big moments—the breakthroughs, the miracles, the answered prayers that feel unmistakable. But Scripture reminds us that God is just as present in the quiet, ordinary details of our daily lives.

He is in the whispered prayer before a long day.

He is in the strength you receive to keep going when no one else sees the struggle.

He is in the gentle reminders, the small provisions, and the moments of peace that come without fanfare.

Jesus frequently pointed to small things to reveal great truths—a mustard seed of faith, a widow’s offering, a simple act of obedience. These moments matter because they reveal a faithful God who is always at work, even when the world calls it insignificant.

When we begin to recognize God in the small things, our faith deepens. Gratitude grows. Trust strengthens. We learn that no moment is wasted and no detail is overlooked by Him.
