Feeling unqualified for what God has asked you to do? Discover why God’s calling proves you are chosen, equipped, and able to handle the assignment He’s given you.
Have you ever felt like what God has asked you to do is too big, too hard, or beyond your ability? Maybe He’s calling you to lead, serve, forgive, or trust Him in a deeper way. In those moments, it’s easy to question: “Why me?”
But here’s the truth: God doesn’t make mistakes when He chooses His people. If He gave you the assignment, He already prepared you for it.
The Bible is filled with people who doubted their own ability:
Yet God used each of them because His strength was greater than their weakness. Their doubts didn’t disqualify them—God’s power sustained them.
When God places a calling on your life, He also equips you to carry it out. He wouldn’t have chosen you if He thought you couldn’t handle the job.
Whatever God is asking of you today, trust that He has already gone before you. Don’t let fear or insecurity hold you back. Instead, remember:
Today, do whatever it is God has asked you to do. Step into your assignment with confidence, because the One who called you has already equipped you.
Lord, thank You for choosing me for the assignments in my life. Help me walk boldly in obedience, trusting that You have already given me what I need. When I feel unworthy, remind me that with You, I am capable. Amen.
